This session will cover:

Basic Knowledge of Immigration Processes
- Understanding key terms (categories, permits, residence types, registrations)
- Employer and employee obligations (regulations, documents, deadlines)
- How to identify when action is needed (“something must be done” signals)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Clarifying who does what: HR, Business, Legal

Onboarding, Ongoing, and Offboarding Processes
- How to coordinate across teams key steps before onboarding, during employment, and after termination
- Monitoring expiration dates, handling data changes, and ensuring proper offboarding

Specific Scenarios
- Differences between EU and non-EU employees: specifics, timelines, exceptions
- National visas vs. Single Permit: advantages, disadvantages, and process overview
- Examples of penalties for non-compliance

Please note: The session will be held in Slovak language.
