Join us for a practical HR Breakfast dedicated to so called Info cards – mandatory notifications that Slovak employers must submit to the Labour Office when employing or accepting on assignment EU nationals or non-EU nationals exempt from work authorization requirements.

We’ll guide you through:

• When info cards must be submitted — key triggering events and timelines (start/end of employment, job changes, etc.)
• How to submit info cards electronically — walkthrough of the online process with practical guidance for HR
• Types of info card forms — differences between EU nationals and exempt non-EU nationals
• Mandatory annexes — what documents must be included with each submission

This session is perfect for HR professionals (admins) working with international talent who need to understand and manage Labour Office procedures with clarity and confidence.
