As Temporary Refuge is expected to remain available only until next year, employers should start transitioning their Ukrainian employees to a Temporary Residence Permit for the Purpose of Employment, ideally still within this calendar year. This practical session will help HR professionals understand the available transition options, plan the process effectively, and prepare for the administrative steps required to ensure uninterrupted employment of their foreign workforce.
